Returns

Sealed, unused items can be returned within 3 days of delivery. If an item arrives broken, cracked or leaking, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery: we send a new one or, if you prefer, refund you in full.

How to return: message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll tell you whether it needs to come back, and how. When the return is our fault (a wrong, faulty or broken item), we pay the delivery both ways.

Refunds go out by bKash or Nagad within 3 working days of the return being approved. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded the same way; tell us which number to send it to.

Not returnable: anything opened or used (for hygiene), and items marked final sale.
